Official Exam Portals in Pakistan

For anything that can change — a test date, a syllabus, a roll-number slip, or a

result — there is only one safe source: the official portal of the body that

conducts your exam. Third-party posts, screenshots, and forwarded messages are

often outdated or wrong. This guide lists Pakistan's official exam portals, what

each one handles, and how to verify a notice before you act on it.

Always verify from the official source. Bookmark the portals below and
treat them as the final word on dates, syllabi, and results.

Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC)

Handles: CSS and federal government recruitment. Portal: fpsc.gov.pk

FPSC publishes the CSS schedule, compulsory and optional syllabi, past papers,

and results, along with advertisements for federal posts. If you are preparing

for CSS or any FPSC job, this is your home base.

Provincial Public Service Commissions

Each province has its own commission for provincial jobs, PMS, and educators.

SPSCSindhspsc.gov.pk
KPPSCKhyber Pakhtunkhwakppsc.gov.pk
BPSCBalochistanbpsc.gob.pk

These portals carry provincial job ads, PMS schedules, syllabi, roll-number

slips, and results. Use the one for the province where you are applying.

National Testing Service (NTS)

Handles: NAT and GAT tests, plus recruitment and admission testing for many

organizations. Portal: nts.org.pk

NTS publishes test schedules, sample papers, and results. Many universities and

departments outsource their entry or recruitment tests to NTS, so check here if

your test is NTS-conducted.

Higher Education Commission (HEC)

Handles: Scholarships, degree attestation, and higher-education policy.

Portal: hec.gov.pk

If you are applying for scholarships or need attestation for jobs or study

abroad, HEC is the authority. It also lists recognized universities and

programs.

Other testing agencies

Depending on your exam, you may also deal with:

  • ETEA (etea.edu.pk) — entry and recruitment testing in KP.
  • University testing centers — for MDCAT/ECAT-style admissions.
  • IBP — banking-sector recruitment testing.
  • Use the Portal Quick-Filter tool on the

Online Resources hub to filter these by region or

    type.

How to verify a notice safely

  1. Go to the portal directly — type the official domain yourself; don't
  2. click links from unknown messages.

  3. Check the date — confirm the notice is current, not an old cached page.
  4. Match the details — advertisement number, post, and closing date should
  5. all align across the ad and the notice.

  6. Beware fakes — official domains end in `.gov.pk`, `.gop.pk`, `.gob.pk`,
  7. or `.org.pk` for NTS. Be suspicious of look-alike domains.

Match the portal to your exam

Not sure which portal is yours? The

    exam-category guide and

the Exam Resource Finder tool map every exam family to its conducting body

    and core resources.

    Then practice

Once you have the right syllabus and dates from the official portal, put them to

work: practice subject-wise MCQs, past papers, and mock tests for your exam on
