Welcome to MCQs Mind. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of `mcqsmind.com` and `app.mcqsmind.com` (the "Platform"), operated by MCQs Mind ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Platform.

MCQs Mind is a free, web-based exam-preparation platform offering categorized MCQ practice, mock tests, past papers, and study notes for Pakistani competitive, entry-test, and screening exams. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, keep your password confidential, not share your account, and accept full responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, mass-download, mirror, or republish content from the Platform without our prior written permission;
• Use automated tools (bots, headless browsers, AI training crawlers) to access the Platform except verified search-engine crawlers acting within robots.txt;
• Use Platform content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial-intelligence model;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, server, or database;
• Bypass rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or technical protection measures;
• Upload malware, scripts, or content that disrupts the Platform or other users;
• Submit MCQs that are knowingly incorrect, plagiarized, offensive, defamatory, or off-topic.

4. User Submissions

By submitting MCQs, reports, suggestions, or other content ("Submissions"), you confirm the Submission is your own work or is in the public domain, and you grant MCQs Mind a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, edit, publish, translate, and distribute the Submission.

Submissions may be edited or rejected at our editorial discretion and are published without personal attribution unless explicitly agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform code, design, branding, original MCQ explanations, study notes, mock-test structure, and curated compilations are owned by MCQs Mind and protected by the Copyright Ordinance 1962 (Pakistan) and international copyright law.

Past-paper questions sourced from public examinations remain the IP of their respective authorities and are reproduced under fair-use principles for non-commercial education. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MCQs Mind is independent and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FPSC, PPSC, KPPSC, SPSC, BPSC, AJKPSC, GBPSC, HEC, NTS, OTS, PTS, ETEA, UHS, NUMS, UET, PMDC, or any Pakistani government, military, or testing organization.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCQs Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of marks, exam outcomes, data, or opportunity. Total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed PKR 1,000.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
