Who can apply

Pakistani national enrolled at a recognized public-sector university

Family income below PKR 45,000/month (income certificate required)

Minimum 60% marks or CGPA 2.5/4.0 in the last examination

Students from FATA, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and rural Sindh given preference
